CBS) The United State is scrambling to prepare for a likely resurgence of the H1N1 (or swine flu) virus this fall. Some 159 million Americans are being urged to get the vaccine when it's ready - among them 78 million children. That has parents worried - not just about the virus, but also about giving their kids yet another vaccine, as CBS News medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook reports.
